The snow is falling in the alps at last and the snow forecasts from round the globe are looking really positive. If you have not done already then it is time to really think about your gear for the upcoming season. On that note, we have just received a shipment of Icelantic Skis. These are amazingly beautiful and well made skis aimed at the freeski market. The company are young and innovative which can be seen in the shapes of their skis.

We have just finished our new website for Icelantic Skis in the UK. This will serve as a great portal for everyone wanting to know more about Icelantic in the UK. We have also got a newsletter which will inform you of any Icelantic related news and demo dates. Check out the site and let us know what you think!
This Saturday the 6th of June we will be demoing at the official opening of the Hemel Hempstead Snow Centre. We will be taking demo skis from Icelantic and Liberty as well as Never Summer Snowboards. This is our first demo with the 09/10 season equipment. The Snow Centre should be an amazing venue as it is so new and the snow quality is said to be the best in the country. Can’t wait to see if that is true or not. It will be very strange going back to indoor snow after spending time in the mountains.
Other brands will also be providing demo kit making the evening quite an event! We will be there from 4pm till 9pm.
For the upcoming 2009/10 season Maxtrack will be taking over from Junkiegear as the distributor for Icelantic Skis. After being offered the opportunity, meeting with Ben and Annelise from Icelantic HQ and seeing the 09/10 graphics we could not say no. I am sure this is going to be a great partnership.
