Maxtrack essentially brought mountainboarding into the UK. We have since put a lot of work into the neccessary infrastructure. A big part of this has been developing mountainboard centres. These have evolved over the years from what used to be grassy slopes with kickers, to boardercross tracks and now to full on centres with all the facilities of a snow resort.
2008 has been a big year in centre development. The bar has been raised by the completion of the Winterberg Mountainboard Park. Winterberg is a popular winter resort near Dortmund, in Germany. In the summer it runs a now famous bike track. From July 2008 it also has a mountainboard centre complete with a boardercross track, a freestyle area and drag lifts. There are plans to floodlight the area too.

Quantya Parks
We are now taking our experience of building and running centres in the mountainboard industry and transferring it to electric bikes. Our aim is to create centres where people can hire out bikes and ride them round a track. Due to the very low amounts of noise emitted it is possible to create these in great locations near large populated areas providing lots of potential customers. A great diversification project which is fresh, exciting and best of all eco-friendly.
