Ozone are a globally recognised kite brand with a reputation for build quality and performance. The key to achieving such high build quality is owning their own factory which only produces their products. Another benefit of this total control of production is the ability to create custom kites. This is not just limited to the colours of the panels, but also the printing.

Ozone Kite Demo at the Edge Race Cup

We will be attending the Edge Race Cup this weekend in Exmouth to support Edge Watersports and the Edge Race Cup. This is the second stop for the BKSA Race Tour and a great opportunity to come and test Ozone Edges. The Ozone Edge has been dominating races for years now! We will also have other Ozone kites available to demo. Come and find the Ozone banners on the beach!

Kitesurfing Demo at The Bluff, Cornwall

Last weekend we headed down to Cornwall for a kite demo weekend. The forecast was light on the wind side of things, but nice and sunny! We hooked up with Loz and Ryan from Lodey Kite Loft (Cornwall’s premier Ozone dealer!) and started setting up. Like many beaches in Cornwall we had to get down a cliff with all our gear, but it was certainly worth it. It is a very special spot!

Brunotti Launches Wakeboard Range

Brunotti has just launched 2 wakeboard models the Propulsion and Rise. These boards are aimed at the cable park market which has a massive cross over with the kitesurf market. The boards have been designed by the Brunotti team with help from Noorman Watersports who have a long history of working in the wakeboard market and are the distributors for a number of major brands. They will be pushing the Brunotti wakeboards in Europe. Maxtrack are proud to be promoting the boards in the UK.

Kite demo this weekend! 18 – 19 May

This weekend (the 18th and 19th May) we will be at The Bluff / Marazion in Cornwall with our full kite demo set up. This includes loads of kites from Flysurfer and Ozone as well as Brunotti boards. It is totally free of charge to test things – just make sure you are obeying the local regulations! After our last demo at Rhosneigr in April we are really looking forward to continue to grow these demo weekends!

MBS RockStar II hubs now available!

This hub design is something we are really proud of. It is our best design so far in terms of achieving an amazing strength to weight ratio – whilst still maintaining the pricepoint of a plastic moulded hub. On top of great design, they are available in six different colours! Learn more about the MBS RockStar II hubs.

These have also been coming standard on our Royal dirt scooters (in white). No doubt a load of colour options will also go down well there!

Kite Demo This Weekend 20-21 April

This weekend we will be hitting one of three possible locations (Camber, Hunstanton or Marazion/The bluff) for a kite demo. This new concept is aimed at getting demos done where the best conditions are, and where kiters will be heading anyway. This is far more fun for everyone involved than setting a location and turning up no matter what the conditions.

We will be taking our full Ozone, Flysurfer and Brunotti test kits out with us. We will have toys covering us from 5 knots to 40 knots so conditions should not be a problem! Whether you are into freestyle, freeride, waveriding or racing we will have something for you!

BRUNOTTI KIT: Kite wave 5’8, Youri Zoon Pro 134, Dimension 134, Onyx 135
FLYSURFER KIT: FlyDoor L, FlyRadical M 134, Speed 3 12, 15, 19, 21, Speed 4 8m, 10m, Unity 8m, 10m, 12m, Viron 4m, 6m
OZONE KIT: Zephyr 17m, Edge 15m, 11m, Catalyst 10m, 8m, C4 11m, 9m, REO 8m, 6m, + selection of foils including at least 1x of most models.

A closer look at the new Brunotti twin tips

We have now received our first shipment of the 2013 Brunotti range. We took a sample of the three main twin tips and took some photos to show the differences between them. The wide, square tips on the Youri really stand out. I am really looking forward to riding them all at the weekend and seeing the differences.

Brunotti Launch 2013 Board Range

Brunotti have just launched their 2013 range of boards. The range includes twintips, kite wave boards, surfboards, SUPs and wakeboards. The Youri Pro kitesurf board is always a popular model for riders looking to push their freestyle. The Dimension is also a great board for those focusing on freeride.

Royal Scooters Launch Scout XT Dirt Scooter

Since launching the dirt scooters before Christmas we have had some great feedback on the range. The dirt scooters use MBS’ proven all terrain wheel technology to create some truly great scooters that are built to last. Today the range has increased to three models as the Scout XT is introduced. This model will sit between the Scout and the Scout Pro offering the same components of the Scout Pro, but using the same wheels (MBS’ new RockStar II hubs with T1 tyres) as the Scout.
