Introducing Royal Scooters

Royal Scooters is our latest project. It is a new scooter brand formed by the same design, production and distribution team that is responsible for MBS Mountainboards and Atom Longboards. We have been following trends and after a lot of feedback from our retailer network and a lot of discussion this project was created. We are now about to launch our first model the Royal Guard into the European market.

The Royal Guard is an entry level freestyle scooter. It is built to last made with super strong Heat Treated Alum deck and Y bars and a double strength neck and neck welds. The Royal Guard comes with two wheel options. The A-Core (blue) is 100mm 88a PU cast with a solid aluminium hub. The P-Core (red) is 100mm 82a PU cast with 5 star P-Core hubs.

2012 Never Summer Longboards Online

The new 2012 Never Summer longboard range is now online and available to order. We will be receiving our first shipment in the next week and are already taking backorders. Year after year Never Summer continue to impress us with their focus on innovative design and their unbeatable attention to detail and quality construction. This year sees the Tyrant converted to a drop through – which will be very interesting for speed demons. The Heist is available as a top mount as well as drop through. The ever popular Norad has been updated with a more functional blunted tail too. On top of this there are a bunch of new wheels.

Never Summer Snowboards at the Snowboard Test 2012

We will be in Kaunertal, Austria from 5-11 May 2012 for the UK snowboard test. This is an industry event where retailers and media get to test snow product, and train staff ready for the following season. It is an action packed week usually blessed by the conditions. It is great for us to get more time on the new boards too including the 2012/13 Cobra.

Flysurfer Launches Strider iSUP

Flysurfer prides itself on offering the best low wind kiting performance, but sometimes there is no wind. For these days we have developed the Strider I-SUP. This is an inflatable stand up paddle board designed for cruising rivers, lakes and in the sea. Paddle boards come in pretty hard to transport sizes – the Strider itself comes in at 11′, but due to its inflatable nature, it can easily be rolled up and stored in the boot of any car. This makes it the perfect solution for those no wind days when you still want to get out on the water.

Stand up has grown rapidly over the last few years. Despite its somewhat mellow image, the sense of adventure and ability to explore your surroundings will keep even the biggest adrenaline junkies hooked.

BH Emotion Volt Folding E-Bike Wins Award in Taipei

The Volt was voted the best mixed mobility bike by Extraenergy at the Taipei International Bike Show. Extraenergy have become the leading authority when it comes to testing and comparing e-bikes. The Volt stood out for its comfort, ergonomics, light weight, unique frame geometry and cable routing technology, and its high end components which include the Shimano Nexus 8 speed gearing system and the Panasonic IBS system. The Panasonic system and battery allow the bike to travel up to 80km.

Infinity Bar 2.0 Upgrade now available

It has taken a long time, but the Infinity Bar 2.0 is finally available. The bar will retail at £269 however anyone who purchased a kite with the Infinity bar 1.0 after 1st April 2011 will be eligible for an upgrade at the special rate of £179. They will need to provide their kites serial number as well as the original purchase invoice.

This is a launch that we know a lot of customers will be excited about. The bar is a key part of the kiting experience as it is the part you are in contact with and as such you should feel comfortable with it. The innovations made on this bar really do make it a great product. The video below shows Andi, the designer, demonstrating what they have worked on.
